  • Even though I was on the Lite backup version (paid no money), when I had a challenge with a few error messages (now corrected), not only did Chris promptly reply to my email to his company, but he *thoroughly* responded (i.e., he gave me the ‘fix’ WITH step by step clear instructions). In this world of doing just average (if that), I found Chris going way way above average (exceptional, really). He even followed up after a few days of no response back from me, inquiring in a gentle (not pushy) way for my feedback, like he wanted to know if it worked for me (he made it easy for me to hear his need and to connect with his request for feedback). . Bottom line? A company’s Customer Service for me is as– if not more– important than the product itself. My initial contact with Chris and his company was great and it would be 6 stars if they offered six. Paul
