Outstanding and out-of-ordinary support,

I had a nasty experience whereby my site crashed and the web content just disappeared. Mr. Chris Simmons was very helpful and provided fantastic advice and assistance relating to the restoration of my site using a WP Backitup file which I had on hand. He gave me much confidence by performing a site restoration in his lab when I was having certain serious doubts over the support by the hosting service provider.In fact, I think what he did was rather out of his role as a plugin provider.
