    I have tried this with WP Version 4.2.2 and confirmed it works!

    My only request is the option to redirect user to /cas/logout upon logging out from WordPress either from the top right menu of the admin bar or by calling it from a shortcode or button on a WordPress form.

    Other than that, this plugin works perfectly! With CAS 1.0 and 2.0.
