• Of course one would need more listing details than 8. If you want to add custom details, you should use their provided code snippet as suggested in the documentation. However, this simply does not work. I spent hours of reverse tracing the issue and than came to the conclusion I could not fix this on my own. So I reached out to the developer asking in advance, if this is something they would recommend me to BUY A SUPPORT TICKET for. Guess what: neither did I ever receive a ticket confirmation nor did someone actually reply. So I’m asking them kindly if they like me to pay for this troubleshooting and they don’t even take the time to simply say yes, we would like your money to fix our plug-in, which we built poorly in the first place. Wow! Now see, I asked in advance, because it really needs some trust to spent like 22$ on a support, while you’re struggling obviously with the results the developer brought you before. But you made it easy to me. Just use one of the other nicely made real estate plug-ins for WP.

    The issue you describe in your review is most likely quite easy to fix. The provided code snippet to extend the listing details is in use on hundrets of websites and works as described. So the issue you have probably roots from somewhere else.

    Again, we haven’t got any support request from you, but suddenly out of nowwhere you gave us a 1-star review. As you might be able to imagine this does not only hurt but is also somehow unjustified. We’d really like to help you further on your issue and would like to kindly ask to re-consider your review.
