Output file “not found” or empty

Hello,

after using your great tool quite some time I’m now (maybe since the last update) not able to download the output: either the file is empty (Safari 12.0), or the browser says “file not found” at the end of the process (Firefox 62).

I switched the compression, reduced the “Maximum Request Size” from 10 mb to 0,5 mb and tested some other setting: all the same…
