Outgoing Links not being tracked properly

I’ve noticed over the past months our outbound tracking is not accurate when comparing to both our advertising numbers on a 3rd party software and other sites Analytics that have incoming links from ours.

Is there any solution to this? Is there any reason it’s like this now? I’m running 5.06
