 * I recently inquired about help on my website from a freelancer, and this was 
   his reply: “I am unable to help with the following website as it is using an 
   outdated platform/framework:
 * I contacted my hosting company, and they said all my plugins, themes, and WordPress
   are up to date.
 * I asked the freelancer for clarification twice, and he hasn’t responded.
 * Can anyone tell me what he meant by this? And how can I fix the problem?

 * Poking around, I found an error, “Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer”. 
   This is a problem in the configuration of your host’s server setup. You’ll need
   to contact your host about this.
