# Outbound Http & Https

 * hello, I’ve got some critical issues with your plugin which is Outbound Http 
   and Outbound HTTPS!
    “Server failed to connect to Jetpack server using HTTP Ask
   your hosting provider to confirm that your server can send outgoing requests 
   to jetpack.com”
 * I’ve checked my hosting already and they are all set to HTTPS without any issues,
   but I still got this message from “Site health”

 * I have no idea about this issues, first time for me and I only seeing this issue
   inside site health!

 * I don’t think you need to worry too much about this error, since the Jetpack 
   connection is working, and your site is connecting over https.
 * If you’d like us to look into it further, could you share a screenshot of the
   error so we can see exactly what you’re describing?

 * While things look okay on our end, if you want to address this issue, you will
   need to contact your hosting provider as stated in the error message:
 * > Server failed to connect to Jetpack server using HTTP Ask your hosting provider
   to confirm that your server can send outgoing requests to jetpack.com
