First of all my site is not live yet so i can’t provide an url. I have been testing your theme and i like it, however there is one thing that is really annoying which is the out of stock products are showing up literally everywhere while i have the hide out of stock option activated in the woocommerce settings.

When i switch to another theme there are no out of stock products to be seen, so it seems to be theme related. Is there an option somewhere that i missed? How do i get rid of the out of stock products. The theme is perfect, had it not been for this one issue, which to me is a big thing. Any help or information would be appreciated.

@njinok Please revoke all access provided to @duongancol because that person made a critical mistake that could get them in real trouble here.

@duongancol I have flagged your account for moderation, I will be reviewing all of your replies and archiving the ones asking for access.

Do not attempt to gain access to any user’s site. This is serious and you can be banned from this site and have your theme removed from WordPress.org.

While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

Also @duongancol do not ignore this. Again, you can get into real trouble here and you need to address this issue is reply on this site.

Hi @jdembowski, thanks for the announcement!
I didn’t know I shouldn’t do that, I just want to help the users as fast as I can.
Because of some of the problems I couldn’t reproduce here. I will try to help him here.

Hi @njinok, I can’t reproduce this issue here. Here is my video https://www.loom.com/share/3c6170b6a21c4781ad01aa936072fac1
Can you try to disable some of your plugins to make sure there is no conflict? and if you still have this problem, please give me the site URL to see the problem!

Hi Dylan, there is no website, i am testing various themes in a sandbox environment. Now that i know that woostify should work with the woocommerce out of stock option you have helped me out. Thanks for your reply. I will mark this topic as resolved.
