Out of Stock items disappear

    Hello Heather

    I think this is an issue with your settings as out of stock items show with sort and display – can you Turn OFF the Shop page display feature and see if your out of stock items are showing without sort and display?

    Please check on your WooCommerce > Settings menu [ Products ] tab > Inventory sub menu

    Out Of Stock Visibility [..] Hide out of stock items from the catalog

    Please make sure that is not checked.
