Out of stock items and deprecated PHP issue?

I’m having an ongoing issue with my development site and the newest update still didn’t fix it. You can see the difference by going to the live site http://www.smithhonig.com and clicking “SHOP” and then the issues on the dev site after clicking “SHOP” http://www.dev.smithhonig.com. Our shop landing page is gone, all product groups are gone and it’s all single items, all of the art prints say out of stock and my PHP debugger is showing deprecated woocommerce errors everywhere.

THis has been going on since the original 3.0 update and we’ve had no resolve. IF anyone could possibly check out my pages and help with any possible solutions or ideas, it will be very much appreciated.
