When a product is out of stock and I set the Stock Quantity value and save the data then the out of stock icon doesn’t change from red to green and the product also doesn’t change to “In Stock” within the Stock Central page.

However, the product on the product page is in stock again. So why doesn’t it change on the Stock Central page? Who can help me out?

    Hi @atlasmedia ,

Thank you very much for your post.

I am sorry you have issues in your site. We will try and help, but first, we need to find out if this is something even related to ATUM.

Please, do confirm all the versions of your WP, WC, ATUM and PHP.

Try disabling all plugins apart of 2 ( your plugin active status must show 2 only). These two are WooCommerce and ATUM. Check the status of the product, please? If it works now, there is a 3rd party issue.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi Pavel,

I have the latest WP 5.4.1 installation, WC 4.1.1, Latest ATUM Plugin, running on 7.3.18 PHP Version, MSQL version 5.6.47.

I have disabled all plug-ins apart from the WC and ATUM plugin. I tried it, but no luck.

I made a screenshot for you to see what I mean. The product A5003 was out of stock, as the above on 0. I put on 44 and saved it. But after saving it the red circle isn’t changing to green and the product doesn’t go from “Out of stock” to “In Stock”. Don’t know why…

    Hi @atlasmedia ,

Excellent, well done. Let’s move on to the PHP error log.

Are you able to send us one? If it was not active, please, after activation, change the stock again and save so the error gets logged in.

    Thank you,

    Pavel

    Hi @atlasmedia ,

Have you had a chance to generate the PHP error log, pls?
