Out of stock ar not syncing with the catalog

    Hello,

    We have an issue with out of stock product syncing.

    We have a shop which displays only in-stock products. And they sync fine with Facebook. But as soon as the products are sold out the plugin will no longer sync the new stock status with Facebook! So the existing products in the FB catalog will still show as in-stock and being promoted on automated ads!

    It should be once a product is being sold out it still syncs with Facebook, and getting the correct out of stock status!

    I have tried to re-sync all product or deleting some products but it not delete or change to out of stock on the facebook catalog.

    I understand that out-of-stock products are still showing on your Facebook page.

    Can you please confirm if you have more than 1 catalog connected to the same shop?

    Otherwise, can you please trigger a manual sync again and see if this helps update?

    Thanks for your answer. There is only one catalog link to the client page account.

    I have made a manual sync but nothing change.

    Hello,

    You can edit a product that is not displaying the correct stock, be sure to change the stock status and update the product, then change the stock back, and update it again.

    Then sync products as mentioned previously by xue28. If that does not work you can reset the connection to sync all products again, as explained on our documentation below:

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer. I have disconnected and reconnect but it doesn’t change the stock and the sync with outofstock product.

    We can’t do it manualy because we have 3500 single product. And every day we sell lot of product.

    We see in the screenshot above that the outofstock product is no more sync with facebook. So the product on Facebook is always on stock!

    Thanks for your confirmation that the error still persists even after trying to do a manual sync.

    I would recommend checking the common scenarios that cause the products not to be synced in Facebook Catalog: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-products-are-not-displaying-in-facebook-shop/#doc-title

    If the above did not work, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks for your answer. All my products are well sync with Facebook.

    Ok I saw where is the problem. Our shop is second hand clothes so I have activate the option in woocommerce to hide the product when it is out of stock. With this settings it cut the facebook link.

    When i desactivate the option and to show out of stock product on the shop then it have the link and it sync with facebook.

    Do you have a patch or code to continue syncing product when the option “Hide out of stock product on the shop”?

    I understand that when the Out Of Stock Visibility option is selected (thus, WooCommerce is ordered to hide out of stock products; related Inventory documentation directly linked here), it solves your issue of syncing out-of-stock products from your WooCommerce store to your Facebook page.

    Do you have a patch or code to continue syncing product when the option “Hide out of stock product on the shop”?

    I am not sure that I understand this question, though. You would like to still have products syncing with your Facebook page, even though they are out of stock, or otherwise? Kindly elaborate.

    When the out of stock visibility is not check it make well the synchronisation with the facebook catalog but it not sync if the option visibility is check.

    On my site the visibility option have to be check. So the sync with out of stock product is not done with facebook.

    So, I want to know if there is a way to override the visibilty option when its check to sync my out of stock products with facebook? With a code to add in my functions.php for exemple or another way?
