I want to completely get rid of in stock and out of stock on the product page. I am rather trying to offer a service to my clients so i am not shipping any physical product. Can anyone help me to get rid of the out of stock and in stock indicator. how can i make the whole process look more like an order. i will need my clients to fill a form to hire me for writing service and they would place the order through woocommerce. i can’t seem to find any plugin specifically designed to take orders and requirements from clients that will need my service.

You can turn off manage stock at: Admin page > WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Inventory ? manage stock = unchecked.

If you have fixed prices but want to allow customers to let you know their options, you could look at product add-ons:

One feature is a textarea where the customer can enter their requirements.

If however, your pricing is less predictable, you could use something like:

The customer can build up a list of requirements and the plugin will send you an email with the list for you to work out a custom price.

In both cases, other similar plugins are available.
