out of memory error!

So im getting this error. i have searched and all the posts regarding this error seem to be about 2 years old and want me to change php.ini/cache.php/.htaccess/wp-config well i already have that set at 32mb cos that is the host maximum. ive deleted all unnecessary plugins that i can, what else can i try? and how can i clear the memory to “start over” (total wordpress noob)
