    Hi a couple of days ago I added a personal spam filter for an email address of someone that is spamming our comments page. Today one was posted and it wasnt stopped.
    I have just extended my subscription for another 2 years and I got the message that the package I had was obsollete (I think thats what it said but along those lines) Not sure if that is why it did not block the email?
    Assuming now I have upgraded to the latest version, do I need to re-install or anything?

    Hello,

    I didn’t find requests with blocklisted emails in your Anti-Spam logs. It appears that these requests were skipped. Please try to enable the ‘Protect logged in Users’ option here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    Hi I dont see how that would help, I’m the only user that logs in. I have marked the last one I received as spam , it now seems to be catching them.

    Thanks but the thing with this particular address, although the comments were being posted they were not showing up in the dashboard, as either approved or denied, so I didn’t have the option to do anything with them.

    I’ve tested your comment form, and my requests were intercepted. Please let us know if there will be new spam requests that are not stored in your Anti-Spam logs.
