    Hi Manhua,

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We cannot find the shop associated with the domain like you have mentioned. Can you please reply with the following details:
    – The email that you’ve used to install our app.
    – In the case that you’ve recently changed your domain, we will also need your previous domain to update in our system.

Look forward to hearing from you!

    Hi judgeme,

I installed it from wordpress, it didn’t ask me for any email. After activating it, I went to the settings and it says:

You may also want to check your setting, hosting or cloudflare to whitelist the /wp-json/* urls, it is needed for our system to contact your shop.

    Hi @manhua777

The message “Our server cannot access your shop domain” basically means blocked access, so our plugin is not being able to contact your shop.

Can we ask you if you can be using firewalls, antivirus or services (Cloudflare, Siteground) that could be blocking our access, apart from the hosting?
