Our Opinion after 2 Years with Judge.me

We’ve used Judge.me for over 2 years on Shopify, and now we are using it on Woo.

They are a fantastic company. I’ve contacted their support many times over the last couple years, and their support is fast, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The app was good at the beginning, but it’s gotten so much better over time. They are constantly adding features. Customers can add pictures and videos, they send out review request emails, and even have a Q+A functionality.

Worth noting – this is a super-popular app on Shopify, and their WooCommerce offering seems to be running on the same backend. So I’m confident it will be well-maintained, unlike many of the other options out there.
