• We are using the plugin on 12 different sites, with some being multi-sites, and it works great! We have all of our contact forms go to a single Teams channel and a few of us all take turns responding to people, then we just make a note on the message in the channel on how we responded so everyone else knows it is taken care of and what we did to resolve issues.

    The latest update with the switch to workflows was also very easy to do with the instructions given on the new update. Thank you!!!
