    Hey @xchristox,

What’s your hosting provider? Also, can you try to enable debug logs in your WordPress and see if they generate some error that can give us more details on why this might be happening: https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-enable-debugging-in-wordpress/

    Thank you!

TransIP.nl from the Netherlands is my hosting provider. And no, I cannot edit files manually, to risky for me. Is there any other way to fix this? If not, I will just have to delete the plugin and try something else….

    Hey @xchristox,

It won’t be possible to debug with it. You can also ask your hosting provider to do it for you, they will be familiar with WP debug.

This plugin “Otter – Gutenberg Blocks – Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor & FSE” has cause my site to be down giving me this error message: HTTP error 500

Because of that I can’t access my site

    Hey @flomow ,

I tried replicating this issue on my instance and the plugin is working fine on the instance.

If you are not able to access your website’s dashboard at all then you can log in to your site via FTP credentials and can disable the Otter plugin and can later on check for the plugin’s conflict issue.

You can check this link for more details about the Ftp topic : https://themeisle.com/blog/what-is-ftp-wordpress/

Also, for future conversation on this issue, I would kindly advise you to create a new topic on the forum here, if the issue remains the same.

Thank you and have a nice day!
