# OTP Simple

 * Hello,
 *  The checkout problem is solved by updating the theme.
    Now the gateways are 
   appearing in the checkout page.
 * But when I try to place an order to the test gateway I get this message:
 * Nem engedélyezett távoli cím (92.43.203.173)
 * Can you tell me what is wrong?
 * Also the setting there is for shop name ‘sdk_test’
    and there was an API key 
   under which I accidentally deleted because I thought I have to fill in the settings
   from OTP Simple the hash key.
 * Do I need the initial API key for the place order action to work?
    If yes, how
   can I recover it?
