Pasting their URL in the box gives me an error “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.” (on the free version). Would the paid version work or is there a way to get these videos to popup? I am getting an iFrame up, with a Wistia page saying that the page can’t be found. Which means it must be down to a conflict with my theme or other plugins. Are you using the free version for testing? Would that make a difference?
