Other SMTP SMTP connect Error

    Hi,

    We have been using your plugin to send emails from our website for a long time but we’ve just received the error message below.

    We have run some test emails and they have all worked okay so we’re not sure whether there is an issue.

    Hi @99uavvw,

    Thanks for reaching out. The error message indicates that your site isn’t able to connect to the SMTP host you’ve specified. If the test emails are sent successfully, you can try checking the “Force From Email” option because the Wordfence security is probably sending with a From Email that your host isn’t accepting. If that does not fix the issue, you can contact your web host and ask about the connection issues.

    Hi Sanjeev,

    The issue only occurred once and everything seems to be okay now so I’m guessing it was some kind of communication issue but thankfully it has been resolved.
