Other plugin not working with AMO

    Hello.

    I use a YouTube importer plugin for my video blog website.

    When AMO is active, the thumbnails are not being imported from YouTube.

    When i disable it, the thumbnails import and set in post as needed from the Importer plugin.

    So something within AMO is preventing our YouTube importer plugin from importing the post thumbnails.

    Ive checked the media gallery and the images never get imported and the post thumbnails appear broken/ blank.

    This error is created when the import runs. Otherwise we have no issues uploading media to media library or post creations through our theme submit post page, etc.

    Can you provide me the “hook” that causes the plugin to automatically offload the media when its submitted. Or a way to prevent automatic offloading (in general or for post thumbnails only). I need a way to stop AMO from trying to process/offload the post thumbnail when the importer plugin is running its import.

    Appreciate any help.

    It seems the issue might have resolved after I changed hosting to a faster host. As of now its no longer doing it. I will get back if the problem is not fixed. thanks
