Do you mean theme builders? I’ve worked on Dynamik before and it’s not a theme builder, but it does offer a lot of customization options.
Perhaps you’re referring to themes like Headway which is a theme builder. We have a few users reporting that they’re using Headway in conjunction with our page builder and it’s working fine.
I’m not really sure if there are any other theme builders but we strive to make our plugin work with as much themes as possible. If you encounter any issues with a theme that you like, let us know so we can check. 🙂
