Other info and Scene icons showing on the top layer

    Hi Support,
    I have found a number of issues

    1. There appears to be an issue with the icons showing through on the top layer when you click on for example an info icon or a scene icon when viewing the 360 at full screen on running macOS Big Sur.

    2. Opening an info window with an embedded video (YouTube) if you play the video and than close the window the audio/video continues to play to stop this you have to reopen the window and the video stops ( macOS Bug Sur)

    3. Issues 1 & 2 are also seen on a mobile device ( iPhone 11 ) but you do not need to be full screen to see issue 1 above.

    I hope that call makes sense.

    Thank you for all the details.

    1. Are you facing the issue on the Safari browser or any other browsers? Can you give us a link to your tour? We’ll have a look at it from our end.

    2. To resolve this issue, use the class=”vr-iframe” when embedding a YouTube video. Follow this short guide for it: https://rextheme.com/docs/wp-vr-embed-youtube-video/

    3. These are the same issues as the 1 & 2, hopefully, the 2nd issue will be resolved after you follow the guide. For issue 1, we’ll have a look and get back to you.

    Hi Jahir,

    I try what you suggested but I still have the same problem/issue.
    I have also tried it in Google chrome on my IPad no luck
