 * Hello! I think this is a great plugin and actually just bought the premium version.
 * I do have one question though. Is there any possible way to choose an image other
   than the thumbnail image from a post. For example is there a way to set the plugin
   to choose the first or second image rather than the thumbnail?

 * At this time, only the featured image is available as the thumbnail. But this
   is a good idea for an enhancement. As time permits, I will look into it.
