other coupon codes override autoapply

I have a coupon set up to auto apply and the box checked to not use with other coupons. Now if someone puts in a coupon code manually it overrides the coupon that was auto applied. Is there a way to make it so if there is an auto applied coupon and they try to use another coupon, it could give them a warning notice to verify if they really want to do that?
