Other amount field

    When you say you can’t write anything, do you mean you can’t put your cursor at a location and type? Or does it not show up?

    Usually this kind of weirdness is the result of a theme conflicting with the form’s basic CSS.

    Hi David, I mean it doesn’t show up. I click on Other amount but there’s no box where you enter the amount.

    I used Chrome’s inspect feature to look at the page generated and the Other section is being generated — it’s just not being displayed. This is most likely the result of either a CSS or JavaScript conflict. Your best bet is to turn things on and off until you see what’s conflicting.
