osTicket Settings (v1.2.2)

Hello,
Currently I’m using osTicket (v1.9.x) and Key4ace osTicket Bridge (v1.2.2) on my site.
I have face 2 issue that I can’t solve myself even looking at the support forum threads.The 1st issue is whenever any user created a ticket on the osTicket the admin did not receive any mail notification and whenever the admin replies the tickets the user did not received any mail notification as well. So is there any documentation on how to setup the mail settings?
The 2nd issue is in the wordpress tickets>setting> the support center status are always offline even I set it to online and click the save settings. All the field I fill in will become null again and the status will goes back to offline after the pop up “Stand by while your Settings are being updated…” finished load.
Can I get any documentation that list out how to setup the ticket settings on WordPress.
