    Hi Bella

We did not see this issue before, could you please tell us your website address? Or send a support ticket here:

    https://www.opensource-excellence.com/customers/general-enquries.html

We will take a look and see how to fix it.

    Best wishes

Hi OSE Team, thank you for the reply.

The issue above WAS I could only see the slider when I was logged in as Administrator. As soon as I logged out, the slider disappeared.

I deleted the plugin and re-installed it again and all appears to be working fine again.

The error above occurred on 3 of my websites which all had Slide Deck installed.

If I experience any further problems I will let you know! Thanks again

    Bella 🙂

Thanks Bella, could you please help us do one testing:

    1. Download version 1.6.1 and enable the plugin in one of the website, at this step, please use Firefox to login your website so you can remain logged in

    2. Then use other browser, e.g. Google Chrome or other PC to access your website again. This way, you can see if the frontend is showing up correctly

    3. If the firewall blocks anything, it will send out an alert email. Please copy-paste the content of that email here. We can identify the issue then.

    Thank you in advance! 🙂
