original post date not exported

The date range doesn’t work wonderfully to choose posts — when I choose a range of a year, it typically leaves out posts in December. Also, the field for original date of published post is not exported to the final PDF. This is elemental & it seems absurd that it isn’t included. I’m trying to print a book for every year of my blog — but this app seems more geared around grabbing posts centered around categories. Other than that — it works fine. I can’t find anything else that works like this for a self-hosted blog.
