Support » Plugin: Order Splitter for WooCommerce » original order does not recalculate prices

Until a few days ago when I placed an order with normal products and to make a split, I kept the original and the order apliteado with the products to be split, when I switched to compeltado the amount was perfectly recalculated in both orders.

Now I have realised that the division is perfect but it does not recalculate the prices well when I complete it.

What can I do? what do I need to mark in the configuration, I have tried everything and it doesn’t change?
I have a check in both of the division
I have check in the first 3 of show
    and nothing else

is it possible to make the order to split create 2 orders, one with the new products that do not have split and another with the split ones?

How can I do it, because now it is in inclusive and it worked perfect before?

@ggoscar there are two checkboxes on the settings page, right top, under cron jobs. Please check the first one.

And please record a video of your settings and the issue you’re experiencing. If you can easily manage so use the urgent help option under the help tab on settings page.

    Good morning

When you do it from the eye icon the step to complete does not recalculate prices in the split parent order from which the split products have been taken, when you do it from actions in batch the step to complete does not recalculate prices in the split parent order from which the split products have been taken.

It only performs the calculation if the change of status is done by entering the order and changing from this screen, which then DOES perform the recalculation of prices in the order.

Is it possible to perform the update that solves these two processes or is it mandatory to do it always from within the order one by one manually?

Actually these extra calculations or recalculations queries are already scheduled within the cron job scripts. I doubt, in your case, cron job scripts are not working. I am not sure what eye icon you are talking about. I would suggest you to use the help option I mentioned above.
