• Hello there,

I installed this plugin a day or so ago, and with it I created new taxonomies and a couple custom posts. For some reason, though, it’s resulted in issues with the original WordPress categories and tags for my already existing posts. With the plugin activated, anytime I click on one of my categories/tags, the results don’t show any of my posts but instead, this:

“It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.”

I tried deactivating the plugin, and it started working again (my posts would show up under the categories); when I reactivated the plugin, I got the same error message.

I have no idea what’s causing the issue here, so any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I cannot replicate this, but it sounds like something is. taking over your queries and archives.
Toolset Types does not do that normally, but Toolset Views can, if you set it to do so.
But I cannot assist Toolset Views here. If you use it, please head over to the paid Toolset Forum.

If this problem happens with Types alone, I will need a copy of your site, but I can not ask you to share this here (it’s not private).

Instead, in this free Types forum here we can do that without any issue.

Can you contact me over there by opening a ticket and adding a link to this thread here?

    Thank you

Thank you, yes I will open a ticket in the free Forum. I don’t have Toolset Views (I don’t believe), so that shouldn’t be a problem.

The link to the forum is asking me for login information, which I do not have. How would I go about creating an account on the free Forum? Thank you!
