Organizer and Venue not saving

    Hi
    I’ve been using this great plugin for the past 4 years but suddenly I have noticed that when I enter a new event with a new organizer and venue when I publish it the organizer and venue does not save. I normally enter the event info and save it, preview it and both the organizer and venue shows but as soon as I publish it these both disappear and I have to re-enter it all again as new ones.
    Any ideas what could be the issue?

    @missmp In a way I’m glad I’m not the only one! I’ve tried de-activating plugins but nothing. I’ve not changed anything (plugins or themes) and suddenly it’s started happening. Very annoying and time consuming. I hope someone from The Events Calendar can help 🙂

    Hi @eic2010,

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having this issue! Are you using the most recent version of the plugin?

    I would recommend running through our testing for conflicts procedure to see if anything changes.

    @missmp if you are still experiencing the same issue, I would recommend opening up a new thread. Thanks!

    Yes I’ve tried de-activating themes but it doesnt seem to make a difference. I’m still using all the same plugins and theme that I have for 4 years. I dont know why it would suddenly do this!
