    Hi Etoile,

    Wanted to buy the Premium plugin but I got a problem with the update-emails.

    Whenever i create a new order and adding the first order status the orderupdate email is sent to the customer.

    But if update the order it doesn’t send any updatemails, although i changed the frequency setting to “On Change”. I also tried it with On Creation and Never but that doesn’t seem the solution.

    But when i delete all the orders status changes in a order and add a new status it sends the mail again.

    I tried it with Easy WP SMTP and WP Mail SMTP. Test mails are being sent out and also the first update email after a ordercreation. But when changing the orderstatus it doesn’t send any update mails.

    Hello M,

    We have tested this issue on our server and it seems to be working fine.
    Could you once try reinstalling the plugin? the orders that you created will remain in the WordPress Database. However, we suggest taking a backup of the orders, just in case.

    Please make sure to keep the frequency setting to “On Change”.

    Also, make sure to select a value for the following options in the premium Section under the options tab in the plugin dashboard:
    – Customer Notes Email
    – Customer Order Email

    the emails are sent to the administrator ONLY and not to customers. I need the emails to be able to send to administrator and customers.

    Uninstall and reinstall did the trick!
