# Orders will not import

 * I have tried three times to import orders using a test file.
 * The plugin states that the orders have imported successfully, allocates them 
   order numbers but the orders are not in Woocommerce!
 * What am I doing wrong?

 * Well here is the thing!
 * Your import system only works if we put the date in American format! Weird when
   we are not in the UK and Woocommerce is set up for the UK.

 * The basic version of the plugin supports the date format YYYY-MM-DD only. The
   premium version of the plugin supports importing all date formats where you have
   an evaluation field to specify different date formats during import.
