However, they also do not show the transaction ID. If you need support for it, in addition to the link provided by Niall above, you can also reach out to the team in charge of PayPal Payments at [WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support](https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket). Make sure to select PayPal Payments in the form and include a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You may need to create an account before you can access that page. * As for any downsides with continuing to use the PayPal Checkout plugin, there isn’t any for now. PayPal currently does not have plans to deprecate it. That said, PayPal Payments is now PayPal’s recommended plugin. There were several updates though since I switched so it might be fixed on the new plugin.
