orders stuck at pending

    items are added to the cart.
    paypal is selected as the method of payment.
    this message appears at the top of the checkout page:

    {“result”:”success”,”redirect”:”http:\/\/www.nikkiinstitches.com\/checkout\/pay\/?key=order_5488f9d5e7c44&order=7355″}

    customers are never taken to paypal and their orders are stuck at pending

    any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!
