Orders still showing in CZK even if bought in EUR

Hi,
I don’t know exactly when it started to happen (but for sure after 31.10, when I got last order in EUR).
When I change currency in the basket to EUR, I got the final order confirmation in CZK (which is the main currency). How can I solve it so the client gets confirmation e-mail in EUR when he wants?
