Orders receiving on email but not at backend

    Using WooCommerce Version 3.0.8. Facing issue in duplicate orders. Some orders are not being received/placed actually as getting emails but orders not present at backend. Which clearly means items are not out from inventory.

    Also items that are sold out or in draft are coming in these orders. Facing the issue once or twice in a week.

    In error log: 7 PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get() on null in /nas/content/live/mayascloset/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-cart.php:206\nStack trace:\n#0 /nas/content/live/mayascloset/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-cart.php(684): WC_Cart->get_cart_from_session()\n#1 /nas/content/live/mayascloset/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-cart.php(373)

    Kindly help with this.

    Hi @komalnaqvi,

    That is an incredibly old version of WooCommerce that was released back in 2017.

    I’d recommend taking a full backup of your site and then updating WooCommerce and whatever other plugins you might have that are outdated.
