    Hi,

I’m having a problem on the WooCommerce orders page with the select all checkbox.

If I check it… it simply doesn’t select all the orders??

    Just started doing this today.

Related to the latest WordPress update?

    Any help appreciated.

    Del.

    Anyone else?

The more people that are experiencing the problem, and make it known, the more likelihood it will get looked at sooner by the Woocommerce team.

Actually… I’ve just experienced the same problem on a site that doesn’t have Woocommerce installed.

So, this can’t be a Woocommerce problem.

And, when I installed the jquery helper plugin on that site… select all started working again.

So, the initial problem isn’t Woocommerce, but… it does seem that Woocommerce is affecting the way the jquery helper plugin is working.

Nice catch. Before I had “selected all” problem actually installed query monitor plugin and WP 5.5.1. Please voice out your problem so WP developer can log as bug.

As long as I deactivated “Woocommerce Services” which did not have major impact on order processing, “Select All Checkbox” was function normally. The old plugin might still used the Javascript instead of JQuery mode for WP 5.5.

@ambitusa I had the same issue. Deactivating “Woocommerce Services” fixed it.

This is currently being addressed: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-services/issues/2165
Keeping a close eye out on that issue is the best source for any new information. Any requests within the issue will not likely be addressed, so please keep it to bug fix information only, or respond here with any further questions.

Yes, deactivating Woocommerce services solved the problem. When I couldn’t work out why I had WCS in the first place, I deleted it with no apparent ill effects on my e-commerce store.

Updating Woocommerce Services to the newest version will do the fix. Thanks for the thread

Hello, I need help please. I’m not able to see the checkboxes on my website.
    I have wordpress 5.5.1 and woocommerce 4.5.2.
example, I’m not able to see the check box to confirm the terms and conditions.
    How can I solve this?

Hi @hairandbeautylive – please ensure you’ve updated to at least v1.24.3 of WooCommerce Services. If you’re still having the same issue, please create a new thread with a copy of your site’s system status report.

What about if you don’t even have WooCommerce Services installed, but still having the same problem with the select all checkbox?

Sorry about that @cliqueradar – I didn’t realize you weren’t seeing the same issue as the others.

Have you tried checking for any other plugin/theme conflicts? You can do this by disabling plugins and enabling a default theme, such as Twenty twenty.

It was me that started this topic.

I am about to do a process of elimination check on other plugins to see if I can identify another plugin as the cause.

But, what was the cause in the WooCommerce Services plugin, just out of interest? Is it a jquery thing?

Hi @jricketts4 , do you want me to post the status report on here?
