I see that you’re using WC 3.5.6 and WP 5.1 so that shouldn’t be the same issue anymore. * You mentioned already testing by disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and using a default theme. * Here are a few other things to look at: - Have you tried using a private browsing window to view the site? - Try creating another user account and see if this account is able to view the list. I found one old ticket where only one administrator account was unable to view the order list. - Can you view the orders directly? The new order emails have a link to the order in them.
