 * Sorry for the delayed response.
 * Would like to update you that currently Smart Manager is designed in a way that
   it automatically scans & lets you manage any custom field for any custom post
   type like WooCommerce Orders, etc.
 * So, using Smart Manager advanced search functionality, you should be able to 
   filter the orders using a custom field that tracks whether the order is having
   back-ordered items or not. Request you to kindly try out Smart Manager Lite and
   then do let me know your views.
