# Orders Not Syncing

 * Starting at the end of the day yesterday, orders stopped syncing from Square 
   to Woocommerce. Never had a problem prior and no changes were implemented.
 * On a side note, over the last couple weeks, there have been hundreds of “Pending
   Payment” orders created in Woocommerce by the “Square” user. May or may not all
   be related.
 * No clear reason for these issues. Appreciate any ideas

 * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via
   WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
   Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
 * Regarding syncing orders, WooCommerce Square extension never had this feature.
   That said, there is an existing feature request regarding this topic in the [ideas board](https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/15902653-square-sync-orders).
 * Please vote (optionally, comment) on the topic so that it gets more visibility.
   This is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
