Orders not receiving custom order data

Hello.
I set up this plugin for a client a couple months ago. However, he recently contacted me saying that he is no longer receiving custom data from this plugin on the back-end. I went to test, and he was right. I tried making a new meta group, deactivating the plugin, purchasing without the plugin activated, and everything else I can think of. I am still not receiving custom data on the back-end. However, the data from old past orders is still showing up.
I really don’t want to make a custom solution because it will take too long.
What’s going on here?
