  • Hi,

    My Stripe orders keep hanging on Pending, while funds have been received. I’ve contacted Stripe and after some investigation on their end they said that it is an issue with some pending webhooks which are probably affecting how orders are being processed. After that they have pointed me towards you to get better assistance with the issue.
    This is all the info I can offer currently,

    Hi @daddo,

    I understand that your orders are showing with “Pending payment” status under WooCommerce > Orders although they’ve been paid in Stripe.

    Just to clarify, when a payment goes through, the default order status in WooCommerce is “Processing”. In your case, is the order stuck in “Pending payment” status?

    Can you please go over the steps here just to make sure you didn’t miss anything?

    Can you also run a test to ensure this isn’t due to a plugin or theme conflict?

    Lastly, if you’re still having issues after confirming your setup, can you please share a copy of your System Status Report with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Thank you for your prompt reply,
    Did some investigation as you have advised and during the test phase, orders have been processed normally and are not anymore pending.

    Think I have found the culprit, it’s Asset CleanUp Pro: Page Speed Booster plugin, now I am sure this plugin is made to do it’s job correctly, but mistake must come from my side with disabling something important which creates this issue I am experiencing.

    If you maybe have some suggestion about what I should pay attention to, in case you are familiar with Asset CleanUp Pro, I would much appreciate that. Would like to continue using the plugin if possible.
