    Hello! I’m using your plugin and it’s great. But I don’t know why the orders are not being creating on Woocommerce. I receive the emails from Triple A but not from woocommerce. And I’m sure that the customers are paying because the bitcoins appear on my wallet.

    Hi @xthebhann ,

    1. Can you enable the debug log, in the plugin settings page?
    2. Then try a small test payment yourself or wait for a customer to place an order.
    3. After that, deactivate the debug log and send it to us (the link to open it is in the settings page too).
    4. Clear the debug log (via settings page; to avoid security issues).

    I suggest you send this to our support@triple-a.io (our team is in the loop, we will continue the conversation there without delay).

    On our side, to help you we would need to see:
    – your checkout page,
    – the list of plugins you have installed,
    – our plugin’s debug log and your site’s PHP or error log.

    We will help you figure this out asap.
