    Hi!. This plugin is great but I am having trouble exporting orders from the previous month. I am creating a report with the August and September orders and the August orders are not appearing. If I use a date range to select only last month the report getting zero orders. Any ideas on how to solve this?

    We have 8 orders in August, but notice that the result is 0 orders

    Hello

    Ok … When I removed the filter by product it worked fine and I got all the orders for the month of August.

    But… How can I get the previous month’s orders filtered by product?

    Did you sale same products in previous month ?
    Or did you delete and add them?

    Hello!

    Oops! It is true. There was a problem in the product configuration. At the beginning of September I deleted and added the same product again..

    You’re right. The orders for the month of August that appear for that product, actually belong to the product that is in the trash

    I think the problem is solved. Many thanks. You do an excellent job and I will recommend to my client to buy the premium version of your product.
