Support » Plugin: WooCommerce QuickPay » Orders don't change from pending to processing

  • Hi

The problem is that when the customer has completed the payment, he/she is directed back to the “order-received” page, but never receives a confirmation email. The shop owner doesn’t get notified either.

From what I can see, this is because the orders never change status from pending to processing. When I change the status manually, the emails get sent.

There must be something missing in the Quickpay callback function. Any suggestions?

    Thank you

Please check if a transaction ID has been mapped to the post meta data. If that is not the case, check if the order has any information about why it fails in the order logs, and lastly check your php error log for any information.

I don’t see the transaction ID mapped to meta. And in woocommerce/logs all the files are blank. There is a quickpay.txt file but no quickpay. I don’t know if there is supposed to be one.
I ran a test again with quickpay in testmode and from a user’s view, the transaction was succesfull as I was redirected to the order-received page. However, when i checked the Quickpay manager, the transaction was marked as failed because “Payment aborted by shopper”.

I cannot reproduce this error. I have seen a somewhat similar case where an external plugin blocked API callbacks.

You’re right. The problem was with the Sequential Order numbers plugin
Once deactivated, everything works as expected.

Is there a chance that you can look into what causes the conflict? Since this is an “official” Woothemes plugin, it is likely that other users will run into the same problem.

Thank you for your quick help and suggestions

Ah alright. I will look into this asap. What version of Sequential Order Number are you using?

Thank you. Using the latest version, 1.6.2

I am using Sequential Order Number PRO 1.5.2, and it used to work but after updating to WooCommerce Quickpay (from WooQuickpay) it does not process the order.

I do not use the Sequential Order Number plugin and have the same problem. I´m using virtual products, but they stay pending even after the payment was captured.
    Any idea, why?
